We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards such as: Visa, Master Card, American Express. Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay & Google Pay
FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
Order fulfillment time is the time we take to prepare the order for shipping, for example, we take 2-7 business days to create apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products, this time goes into preparing the product for printing, quality control, printing inspection...etc. Shipping time is the time calculated from when the order leaves our fulfillment centers until it arrives to the shipping destination.
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers will generate once we print out the shipping labels - with that said, please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the shipping notification email for the tracking number to process the shipping updates. Our fulfillment centers are located in Los Angeles, California & Charlotte, North Carolina (USA), Riga - Latvia, Barcelona - Spain & UK (Europe), Toronto (Canada), Tijuana (Mexico), Brazil , Victoria & Brisbane (Australia) Amakusa (Japan) and China.
The fulfillment location is set automatically based on the shipping destination and stock availability. All orders from USA will be fulfilled from California or North Carolina depending on where it's shipped within The U.S. All orders from Europe will be fulfilled from Riga, Latvia or Barcelona, Spain. All orders from Canada will be fulfilled from our center in Toronto. If the product is not available in one fulfillment location, we will automatically re-rout the order to be fulfilled from the other location, for example, if a product is not available in our centers in Europe, the order will be re-routed to our centers in The U.S.
That's because we use live & automatic re-routing of orders in the case that a product is not available at the moment at one fulfillment location. The system will re-rout the order to the other fulfillment location, in this case, the U.S. fulfillment centers and that's why you see (International from USA) shipping information.
No the shipping rates are not impacted by the fulfillment location. For example, it will cost the same to ship a t-shirt from the U.S. to Italy as it would be to ship the same t-shirt from the EU.
Each item we ship may have different shipping times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately
The items that are packaged differently are: Hats, Mugs, Jewelry, Backpacks, Pet Tags, Water Bottles & Notebooks.
Because of that, the shipping fees are cumulative. For example, if you order a t-shirt with a shipping cost of $5, each additional t-shirt will add $0.75 for shipping, if you add a tote to the order, it will also add only $0.75. However, if you add another product to the order like a hat ( which is packaged differently ), then that will add the full shipping cost, in this case, it would be an additional $4
These shipping prices are for demonstration purposes only and don't reflect the actual shipping costs - You will see a full breakdown of the shipping fees of the order at checkout.
For packages lost in the mail, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and we will cover the cost of reshipping and the replacement order. Before we do that, we may ask you to confirm that the shipping address was correct, and also to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
We will cover a variety of courier errors such as, damaged or lost in transit, postage due errors, or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear cause or details
In the rare cases that a package is marked as delivered by the courier but the recipient reports they haven't received it yet, we wouldn't cover the cost of reshipping the order, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
In most cases, it's found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. It's the responsibility of the recipient ( customer ) to reach out to the local courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person such as ( left on the deck, back yard, or porch...etc )
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Customer Support.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at Customer Support with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Check out our Refund Policy
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chart - We have one for every item listed on our store. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at Customer Support within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES
USA
Our fulfillment centers are located in California and North Carolina, so they have NEXUS in these two states, so by law they are required to charge sales taxes on orders with a shipping destination to these two states . Because we conduct business with them, they charge us (owners of this E-commerce store) and consequently we charge our customers for these sales taxes, this helps us maintain our competitive prices.
Furthermore, on June, 21, 2018, The U.S Supreme Court handed down a decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair Inc, stating that states are able to charge sales tax based on economic nexus, meaning any companies (including online companies) that make sales above a certain threshold are required to collect and remit sales tax. After this decision, many states have quickly adopted an economic nexus regulation policy.
So, in light of these new regulations, we currently have to charge sales tax in 37 states (including California & North Carolina). You will see the tax rate (if applicable) based on your exact location upon checkout.
Canada
We charge sales taxes in all provinces and territories in Canada, you will see the applicable tax rate based on your exact location upon checkout.
Australia & New Zealand
As of July 1st, 2018, 10% GST ( Goods & Services Tax ) is due on all goods sold by foreign online retailers to Australia and 15% GST on all goods sold by foreign online retailers to New Zealand. This impacts low-value goods that are valued at less than $1,000.
This means that our fulfillment centers are required by law to collect 10% GST from us ( owners of this E-commerce store ) on all orders being shipped to Australia & 15% GST on all orders being shipped to New Zealand and consequently, we charge our Australian customers 10% GST and our New Zealander Customers 15% GST for the purpose of not losing profit and at the same time, keep our prices as competitive and as low as possible for all our customers.
VAT ( European Union )
VAT is short for Value-Added-Tax, it's imposed on each stage of the supply chain ( Production, Sale ) for goods and services. VAT is charged on orders that ship to a customer in one of the E.U. member countries.
That means that orders that ship from our fulfillment centers in Riga, Latvia or Barcelona, Spain to a shipping destination in the E.U. will have VAT. Shipments from our fulfillment centers in Latvia or Spain to any other country outside The E.U. will not have VAT charge.
