Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any claims for damaged/defective/misprinted items, or items that have fulfillment errors ( i.e. A customer received the wrong size or color ) must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We don't offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, you don't need to return the damaged/defective/misprinted items or the items that have fulfillment errors to us. Keep the items and simply take pictures of the damaged/defective/misprinted items or items that have a fulfillment errors ( Pictures of the product as a whole, the defective parts, and the packing slip ), and send them to us along with your order number, we will investigate and will issue a refund/replacement immediately.
Please beware
Wrong Address: If you provide a wrong address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you so please make sure you input an accurate address (Street name/number - House number - Zip code) to avoid such problem.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Due to the nature of our business (Made To Order), We Can Not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and We Can Not accept size/color exchange. We have made all the necessary measurements to all of our clothing line products and we also have attached a size chart plus size tips to all our apparel so please read those tips carefully before placing an order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or have fulfillment errors. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customer Support
