There is a slight color discrepancy between what you see on the screen and the product in real life because all screens (Computers, TVs, Tablets, Smartphones) display color in the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color gamut, whilst the commercial printers reproduce colors in the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key "Black"), which is smaller in range than RGB.
The Design
This hoodie is printed using Direct-To-Garment, or DTG which is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing.
Dat's Tuff Unisex Premium Hoodie - Using a special font, we created the words "that's tough" but we didn't created it how it's spelled, we created it how it's pronounced by most of us to add a slang spin to it. Imagine working out and you are sweating and flexing and carrying wights, you would feel how tough working out is so, deep down you would say to yourself, darn it, dat's tuff!.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any claims for damaged/defective/misprinted items, or items that have fulfillment errors ( i.e. A customer received the wrong size or color ) must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We don't offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, you don't need to return the damaged/defective/misprinted items or the items that have fulfillment errors to us. Keep the items and simply take pictures of the damaged/defective/misprinted items or items that have a fulfillment errors ( Pictures of the product as a whole, the defective parts, and the packing slip ), and send them to us along with your order number, we will investigate and will issue a refund/replacement immediately.
